Shipping Costs

  • Orders under R600: Courier fee of R99.
  • Orders R600 or more: Free delivery nationwide.

Processing Time

All orders are bottled and branded fresh within 1–3 working days of payment.
We never keep pre-filled stock, so your scent is freshly made for you not mass-produced or collecting dust.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is complete:

  • Main cities: 1–3 working days
  • Regional/outlying areas: 3–5 working days

Need it urgently? 📞 Contact us after checkout and we’ll do our best to fast-track your order.

Delivery Addresses

We deliver to:

  • Physical addresses (home or work)
  • Pudo lockers (select the locker location closest to you at checkout)

📌 Please ensure your delivery address is correct, and that someone is available to receive your parcel if you’re not there. We recommend using your work address for added convenience.

 

Returns & Exchanges

At Laaaik Scents, each order is custom bottled fresh.
Because of this made-to-order process, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal scent preference
  • Opened or used products

Hygiene & Safety

Perfumes, roll-ons, and body lotions are personal care products.
Once opened or used, we cannot resell them meaning returns are only accepted if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Broken
  • Leaking
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

Include:

  1. Order number
  2. Clear photo(s) of the item(s) and packaging
  3. Short description of the issue

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit, your choice.

Important Notes

  • Refunds/replacements are only processed with prior approval.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless damage or delays are caused by the courier.
  • All returned products must remain unopened and unused.
